Permission is granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Andromeda System Reference Document(“the SRD”) to use the SRD for any purpose, without restriction.
You may copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, expand, shorten, remix, publish, distribute, transmit, perform, display, sublicense, and sell the SRD, in whole or in part, in any medium or format, including as part of commercial products.
You may create games, supplements, adventures, settings, software, electronic tools, translations, derivative systems, or any other works based upon the SRD.
You may release your work under any licence you choose, including a proprietary or closed licence.
You are not required to:
- pay royalties or fees;
- seek permission;
- publish your own material under this licence;
- make your source material available;
- identify which portions you have changed; or
- provide attribution.
If you wish to provide attribution, the suggested wording is:
“Based on the Andromeda System SRD.”
Trademarks and Product Identity
This licence applies only to material contained in the Andromeda System Reference Document.
It does not grant permission to use any trademarks, logos, trade dress, product titles, setting names, characters, fiction, artwork, illustrations, maps, graphic design, or other material specifically identified as excluded from the SRD.
The name Andromeda System may be used solely to truthfully state compatibility with, derivation from, or use of the Andromeda System SRD.
You may not state or imply that your product is published, approved, endorsed, sponsored, or officially supported by the copyright holder unless you have separate permission to do so.
No Warranty
THE SRD IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SRD OR WORKS BASED UPON IT.
Irrevocability
The permissions granted under this licence are perpetual and irrevocable for every copy of the SRD distributed under this licence.
Later versions of this licence do not revoke or restrict permissions already granted under this version.

Just do not claim that your work is an official Andromeda product.
